Whether that’s through a case study, video, “before and after” or timeline graphic, give your audience a reason to pay more attention to the transformations you deliver.

Next time you’re planning a pop-up event, a webinar or workshop, consider whether you could “cross-pollinate” by partnering with a brand who has a similar target client to you but provides a complementary (not competing) service or product. You’ll gain access to one another’s audience and have the opportunity to engage directly with a captive audience of potential clients.
– Unexpected content formats
Think outside the box about ways you could surprise and delight your audience without too much extra effort. Could you deliver your email newsletter as an audio file or video instead of written text? Could you turn a blog post into an interactive timeline? Could you go Live on Instagram instead of posting Stories? Unexpected content formats are the perfect way to combine the familiarity your audience trusts with the novelty they crave.
